Luxury real estate calls for an out-of-the-ordinary welcome gift for its tenants.

Commissioned by LemonYellow studios, we designed and fabricated this Corian covers for high-end books that were delivered to each owner of the Beach House 8 luxury apartment complex, located in South Beach. In an intricate 3D design, each book offered details on the building, materials used and the neighborhood.

We also took care of the wood crate in which each book was delivered. Made from walnut wood, these refined crates turned to be the perfect container for such a special gift.
